Meet the Cast of Characters from Spiral Energy Rising
Updated: 2 days ago

Sasha Kahn tells the story of the Hexad's latest adventure in Aztalun. Here's an inside look at Sasha as Spiral Energy Rising begins.
Sasha grew up in a prestigious neighborhood of Bel Air, Georgetown, Guyana. She was an only child and always longed for siblings, especially sisters. Her mother, Savitri, is a respected holistic herbalist, and many in Georgetown seek her out for natural remedies or even just delicious tea blends. Sasha's father, a retired Lecturer in Eastern Philosophy, has been assigned to many diplomatic missions throughout the world, and Sasha always missed him when he was away from home for weeks and sometimes months at a time.
Sasha, now nearing her 32nd birthday, pursued a dual path of knowledge, grounded in both science and spirituality. She holds an interdisciplinary degree in Kinesiology and Holistic Health from the University of the West Indies. Sasha's studies included biomechanics, anatomy, and alternative wellness approaches. She is also a certified personal trainer and Reiki Master. Her private practice includes personal training, wellness coaching, and holistic healing (with the help of her mother's herb-wisdom).
One reader described Sasha as both a fierce wielder of magic and an intuitive, caring soul. Sasha has a way of making people feel welcome, heard, never judged, and always empowered. Sasha maintains a flowing balance in life maintained through routine, meditation, and personal rituals. Her insight helps her clients discover the root causes of their emotional and physical blocks so they can move toward healthier, happier lives. As fierce as she may be in a battle, Sasha is uncomfortable with confrontation and tries to avoid it. Seeking perfection, she sometimes overestimates her ability to fix or transform others, forgetting that not everyone is ready for change. This sometimes leads her to disappointment and emotional burnout. Sasha's growing relationship with Elijah Taylor ultimately helps her understand herself more deeply, accept her limitations, and allow others to pamper and care for her from time to time.
