Before the Spiral

Have you ever wondered what each member of the Hexad was doing right before they were transported through the spiral vortex or portal and materialized in Aztalun? I have imagined this many times since writing The Spiral Awakens. Sometimes, it's like these six characters have taken up residence in my mind and my dreams. So, I wrote a prequel. An original novella with a chapter from the viewpoint of each of the Hexad members. Each of the six had premonitions, dreams, or other signs that they were being called to be part of something bigger than themselves. But, the did not know what would happen when the stepped into the spiral vortex.
